If you are trying to join a team that is in a sold out heat, sign up under your team name for any open heat on the SAME day. We will make sure that all teammates will run in the same heat (excluding the competitive heats and the Hurricane Heat). No need to email us, shortly before each event all teammates will be shifted into the same heat.
