Team Questions? Read This First

  • If you are trying to join a team that is currently registered for a heat that is showing SOLD OUT, please register for any open time slot and be sure you to select your team's name during registration. We will make sure that all teammates are able to run in the same heat. No need to email us, shortly before each event all teammates will be shifted into the same heat. NOTE: This excludes the Elite, Confirmed Start Time heats, and the Hurricane Heat. There will be an additional charge to transfer into one of these heats.

Registration Questions? Read This First

  • If you are experiencing technical issues, such as not receiving a confirmation email, or if your payment isn't going through, please contact support@active.com.

Transfer My Race? Read This First

  • If you are injured or cannot race for any reason, please type a message below and one of our Customer Service Reps will assist you.

Sponsor/Partner? Read This First

  • Please send an e-mail with the event you'd like to sponsor (single race or multiple races, or national), the name of your company, and what your business would like to accomplish with a sponsorship.

Daily Deals? Read THis First

  • Before emailing us, make sure to enter your voucher code on the last page of registration and click 'apply' to discount the entry fee. You will still need to pay the mandatory insurance fee.
  • If your code says expired or no longer in use, please provide the voucher code, the race date, and the type of Daily Deal (Living Social/Amazon/Groupon/etc.)
